At Woodbrook Handmade, we take great care in packaging our artisan soaps and reclaimed treasures to ensure they arrive safely at your door. Please find our shipping policies and return information below.


Delivery Information

We currently offer shipping exclusively within Ireland.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: €4.95 for all standard orders.

  • Free Delivery: Spend over €60.00 to qualify for free shipping nationwide.

  • Timeframe: We aim to process and dispatch your order quickly. You can expect your delivery within 3 to 5 working days.

All orders are packaged using eco-friendly and recyclable materials where possible, staying true to our commitment to the environment.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your Woodbrook Handmade purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Standard Return Policy

  • 14-Day Window: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us of your intent to return an item.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Personal Care Items: For hygiene reasons, our Goat’s Milk Soaps and other skincare products cannot be returned once the seal or packaging has been opened, unless the product is faulty.

  • Unique Upcycled Items: Please note that our upcycled linen cloths and reclaimed soap dishes are one-of-a-kind. Variations in texture and “distressed” finishes are part of their character and are not considered defects.

How to Return

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at woodbrookhandmade@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  3. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund immediately.
