Welcome to Woodbrook Handmade. By browsing this website and purchasing our products, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Artisanal Nature of Products

All products sold by Woodbrook Handmade; including our soaps, polishes, and floral arrangements are 100% handmade. ( exception : up-cycled accessories)

Variations: Because we use natural ingredients and seasonal blooms, unique variations in colour, size, and finish are expected and celebrated as a mark of artisanal quality.

Flowers: Floral arrangements are subject to seasonal availability. The images on our website are representative; the actual flowers used will be determined by what is in bloom at the time of your order.

2. Payments & Security

We use Stripe as our primary payment gateway to ensure your transaction is secure.

By placing an order, you authorise Stripe to process your payment.

Woodbrook Handmade does not store your credit/debit card details on our servers.

All prices are shown in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders & Cancellations

Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including stock availability or errors in pricing.

Cancellations: For handmade soaps and polishes, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement.

Floral Orders: Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, cancellations for floral arrangements must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection date.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship our soaps and polishes across Ireland. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Flowers: Contact us directly to discuss Local Delivery / Collection.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

Soaps & Polishes: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on personal care items unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Flowers: If you are unhappy with the quality of your blooms, please contact Vera within 24 hours of receipt with a photograph so we can resolve the issue.

Faulty Goods: In the unlikely event of a fault, we will offer a replacement or a full refund via your original Stripe payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, product descriptions, and images is the property of Woodbrook Handmade. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content for commercial purposes without express written permission from Vera.

7. Limitation of Liability

Woodbrook Handmade shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
